Environmental Toxins Profile

Every day, your body is exposed to chemicals from the air you breathe, the products you use, and the environment around you. Over time, this exposure can add up — and standard testing doesn't always catch it. The Environmental Toxins Panel measures 49 key markers in your urine to help you and your doctor understand what you've been exposed to and how it might be affecting your health.

What's measured?

This test screens for eight categories of environmental chemicals commonly found in everyday products and pollution:

  • Environmental Phenols — found in everyday consumer goods, plastics, and industrial products. Exposure is often linked to hormone disruption.
  • Herbicides — found in residential and commercial weed killers, produce, water , and more.
  • Pesticides — found in food, water, bug sprays, and drift from agricultural areas.
  • Mitochondrial Markers — Provides insights into intermediary metabolism and mitochondrial energy products that can be impacted by toxins.
  • Parabens — found in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food products
  • Phthalates — found in a wide range of consumer and industrial products
  • Volatile Organic Compounds— found in household cleaning products, air fresheners, paints, building materials, and fuel burning appliances.
  • PFAS — found in nonstick cookware, cosmetics, food wrapper/packaging, and firefighting foams.
  • Cysteine Derivatives — found in a wide range of skincare products, pharmaceuticals such as cough syrups, and processed foods.
  • Other Environmental Toxins — found in household and industrial areas as well as personal care and home products.
