Refunds for tests purchased from the RealTime Labs website for US and Canada are refunded at 75% of the purchase price, refunds will not be provided for international orders. Once the specimen or sample has been placed into the shipping companies custody and/or the date is more than 21 days from the date of purchase, we will no longer be able to process refund requests.

Shipment and Results

RealTime Laboratories knows that your pets are family. Not being able to communicate with them when they are ill makes it even more difficult to diagnose them. If you have discovered mold in your house and have been diagnosed with mycotoxin poisoning, there is a fair chance your pet could be suffering from it too. Because they are lower to the ground and eating on the floor, they could start showing symptoms earlier than their humans.

RTL can accept and test a sample from any animal that is able to produce 3mL of urine. If you cannot collect urine from your animal by yourself at home, your veterinarian should be able to extract it for you.
