If you decide to return the health test kit within 30 days of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, handling, and processing fees (approximately $50 USD per kit). Refund requests must be sent to info@realtimelab.com within 30 days of the date of purchase and occur prior to the specimen/sample being sent. Due to health concerns, Realtime Labs cannot accept returned or unused test kits. If you received your order and do not wish to conduct the test, we ask that you dispose of the test kit.

Shipment and Results

RealTime Laboratories knows that your pets are family. Not being able to communicate with them when they are ill makes it even more difficult to diagnose them. If you have discovered mold in your house and have been diagnosed with mycotoxin poisoning, there is a fair chance your pet could be suffering from it too. Because they are lower to the ground and eating on the floor, they could start showing symptoms earlier than their humans.

RTL can accept and test a sample from any animal that is able to produce 3mL of urine. If you cannot collect urine from your animal by yourself at home, your veterinarian should be able to extract it for you.
