Shalini A Muralidhar, Ph.D with appropriate board certification from American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) in Molecular Diagnostics. In 2002 she moved to the US and joined the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas to pursue her PhD degree in Molecular and Cell Biology (2010). Following graduation, she joined the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas as a postdoctoral fellow. During the fellowship, she was a T32 training grant recipient and received postdoctoral fellowship award from American Heart Association for research on heart regeneration. Her research has lead to multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals such as Nature (Impact factor – 43) and Cell (impact factor-34) to name a few.
In January of 2015 she joined RTL as Associate Laboratory Director and since been engaging in clinical investigation, research, production, technical writing and other related activities for mycotoxin testings’ and toxic fungi that produce these toxins for the Research and Development Department. She has strong regulatory and compliance knowledge and is certified CAP inspector in Molecular Pathology.
